NM and the Feds should and could charge her. Just to set an example. They can have her sentence transferred to Georgia. If they fought that, then she could just do time in NM. I am certain they would have no problem accepting terms and performing public service in Duluth. Too easy for her to leave Duluth. I say make her stay and make her do community service for the people that cralled through sewers looking for her because they cared.
