Wendell, Yes they are all prefrothed at the mouth, ready to defend to the clients last penny this ancient right. Strip it with a computerized matching system to the penny (or less)
Every time the SEC thinks of this there is a frantic shuffling and mumbling going on in the brokers ranks, as the first to speak will get focussed on. Sorta like penguins waiting for one to dive in and not get eaten by a killer whale before the rest go in.
