Steve, meanwhile China is playing up its citizens against Japan, Japan is wondering whether to get a nuke of their own, South Korea's president says things so stupid that it makes Bush look like a college professor, and the U.N. is nowhere to be found.

Of course, it's all Bush's fault. Or at least that's what the "nuanced" will say ...
