Bush has clearly failed and lied about these issues:

Tax cuts = huge deficits, 40% drop in dollar, higher local and state taxes, zero balanced budgets for as far as the eye can see, underfunded programs -- including Bush's education plan --

Bush's education plan - a mandate which was not funded. More of a PR photo op stunt. Bush doesn't really support public education. He'd like to get rid of it.

Afghanistan - great 100% bipartisan plan to take out the Taliban and catch Osama, but Bush quickly pulled out and left the job half-finished. Why? To go invade Iraq, a country which didn't attack us, was not a serious threat and had nothing to do with 9-11.

Iraq - it's a quagmire. Most Americans agree it wasn't worth it. The WMD's lies were outrageous. Then all the piss-poor planning failures. Aby Graiab. Also huge ripoffs in progress by Bushies oil and defense cronies and gas prices have soared. Before the war Bushies promised us Iraqi oil would pay for everything. As usual, they lied.
