Why the Euphoria ? Pretty simple......

If you start with the assumption that there is a large naked
short position and certificates are being removed from the
pool you would expect to see the chart trending up.

Removing certificates becomes the underlying force in increasing
shareholder value. Today's stand at about $2 1/2 represents the
second major test in my view , with the first being a week or so
ago when OVIS bounced up off of $1.

All of the volatility above the trend line formed by those two
low points , is essentially momentum trading where the experienced
pro's are making money from the weak or inexperienced.

A market maker gets forced into buying to cover some of those
shorts, raises his bid ,(at times dramatically since they will
wait as long as possible) the pro's hop on this , raising
the price even more to the point where all the inexperienced
sideliners jump in too late and the pro's sell right back
to them , for the most part.

The only thing that matters to a true cartel member here is to
observe that each successive top is higher , which it has
been. $2 and $4. (next could be $8)

Should this certificate removal continue each top and bottom
will be dramatically higher as each share removed represents
a greater % of the certificates remaining. For example...
Say the pool is 100 shares and 20 are removed that would
be 20%. The next 20 shares that are removed now represent
25% as it's 20 out of remaining 80 left. The next 20 removed
calculate out to 33% of the 60 remaining. The percentage
increases exponentially and that's why you see some talking
about $100-$200 share prices.

I have a modest core position that I can afford to lose entirely
and have requested the certificates and will save those to play
the end game here. I'm loyal to the cartel to that extent and
am doing my part to increase shareholder value.

With the bounce up from 2 1/2 today and decreasing volume , I
expect the trading range to narrow for a few days before the
next leg up. As I and others buy during these basing periods
and sell into the peaks , they could very well smooth out
and if share removal remains constant a less volatile upward
trend will result.

There is much to feel good about here in my opinion and of
course none of this should be anyone's basis to buy or sell.

I welcome and respect other opinions and analysis.
