I didn't trot it out, you did. Americans have horrible nutritional habits and see exercise as something that is accomplished by buying a machine and letting it accumulate laundry. A lot of the chronic conditions that Americans, both poor and rich, suffer from have nothing to do with their healthcare but have a lot to do with their terrible habits, drugs, cigarettes, alcohol and huge quantities of over-processed food grown in soil which is depleted of mineral content.

If anything the copious amounts of healthcare they receive is the one thing that keeps them alive, when by all rights, they should be dead sooner.
