WMT -- Am I dreaming... or Wal-Mart's stock is slowly drifting to a value price? Being from Quebec I know that the company has attracted much negative publicity in the last few years -- and it may stay this way for quite a while --, but what if management was able to turn the tide... I mean there is still a lot going on for Wal-Mart.

Balance sheet is strong, same stores sales are going up (although not very much in April)... If the company cut a little bit in new store openings for a few years and concentrated more energy on rebuilding its public image, I guess that the stock might go up nicely...
