Dave, In fairness to Pres. Green, what could he have said that wouldn't have been a violation of securities laws? If you put yourself in his shoes, he really is in a bind about what he can say. The best he can say is 'I don't know what caused the movement' meaning he is unaware of what is going through the heads of those who sold. (And, strictly speaking, he is, although he may suspect a leak somewhere.) He is prohibited from discussing earnings until the actual release. Clark (Out since last quarter's marginally disappointing results, although maybe I'll come in again if the price drops much lower.)
