So, you propose to make people who won't or can't pay for their sniffles buy one? And that will work?

The Swiss subsidise the poor, old, and handicapped. Those who won't must. Of course, the Swiss are a homogenious group of 7 million in a small area, and tend to obey the rules.

But in the last 1000 years, all they have invented is the Coo Coo clock.
