Thanks! Nice move today! Up 3/4. Maybe we get some momentum leading up to earnings. I believe earnings will be very good. It would be good if they pre-released that they are comfortable with earnings estimates. My only concern with the earnings is possible right offs for recent purchases of hotels which will mute the earnings (like last quarter). Still I am optomistic that they will do a better job presenting this quarters results. I spoke with a few of them at ESA and they sound very interested in their stock appreciation.
