I bet the Nature Conservancy can do some major fund raising based on the idea of expanding the habitat. Also I wonder if there are some specific enhancements that can be done, along the lines of the nest houses built for wood ducks. Perhaps they can make up some fake nesting trees. Or do the ivory-bills insist on making their own?

That reminds me, I've got to try to get some pictures of those nesting bank swallows this year. We've just been thru a spell of 65-70F days, but today is cool and rainy. I better get down to the coast today and see if they've arrived yet.
