Perhaps Bill could try a free range chicken from Trader Joe's! And report back to us on whether it tasted good, and whether he felt less conflicted about eating it than the factory farmed ones. Of course even in areas where there are no Trader Joe's stores, grocery stores for upscale consumers carry organic, free range chickens because it is the most well educated and affluent consumers who demand them.
