Hi Peter, Maybe if Quebec got distinct society status and Canada got a triple-E senate things would have worked out... I dunno.. Interesting to say the least the roll Trudeau played... Some hubris there to be sure... Whether Mulroney was right or wrong I think that is what did him and the PCs in, not free trade or the GST. To me things look bleaker now than even when we were living through the FLQ crisis in Montreal.. and we may have no country... If the West goes and Quebec goes the only thing I could say for sure is I'm sure I would leave Ontario... regards K..
