after a while it dawns on you that not only is the history being presented completely inaccurate, it is also completely uninteresting." This movie, like "Troy," seemed to have been planned because of the success of "Gladiator." Yet they are all bad. OTOH, A well done war movie on our takedown of Afghanistan would be an enormous success. Shows you the slant of the people who are able to "greenlight" expensive movies. They seem to believe that following a last success is "safe." And to be pro-military will mean they can never "do lunch" in Hollywood again.
