Peter, the easiest thing in the world is to require some form of photo ID and a signature to vote.

It baffles my mind why this is not required now.

I am an election judge. If someone comes in without their card signed, I can ask for ID, if they sign the card in-line before they get to the desk, I don't ask for ID. Crazy.
