You may be correct, because these numbers look much better for obstuctionist Democrats than others I have heard on the radio. Apparently President Bush has had votes on 50% of his circuit court nominees. The next lowest since FDR was Clinton at 76%. Most were in the upper 80's or 90's.

But Just as you requested evidence. I request the courtousy as well.
