How's it going for you? All these ebb and flow. I never expect huge runs. When they happen like HISC, you have to expect some back filling. People think their pet stocks can go up huge every day. It doesn't work like that. By taking the following steps, management certainly puts HISC in a very unique spot, one of the few microcaps where management realizes that value can be enhanced with less greed by management. Very few companies take money from management's plate. IMO, it's a smart move for them because they could make it up 10X with credibility earned and a sharply higher share price. 1. BOD authorized to buy up to 10 million shares. Cuts float. 2. Cut o/s in half. Doubles intrinsic value for outside shareholders per share. 3. Approves application to OTC BB and fully filing.
