- A pub owner, who was cleaning his kitchen in England this week, was bitten by a spider so big that he took its picture with his cell phone so he could show his mates. Later that day, as he lay dying of the mysterious bite in a hospital, the semi-delirious publican remembered the cell phone and asked doctors to e-mail the photo to zoological experts, who immediately identified the culprit as a deadly Brazilian Wandering Spider, which apparently had wandered from Latin America to Britain in a crate of bananas. The publican was saved and the spider wandered into a zoo cage involuntarily.

gives new meaning to my favorite 'bite me'
