The only time St Louis has fraud during elections, it is at the hands of the dems. In 2000, a Dem representative was at the helm of a big voter fraud scam. He was backed by a Liberal Dem judge. Once word got out about what was happening, an IMPARTIAL judge stepped in and ordered the polls closed.

Always at the hands of Dems here in MO.
