Ray Lucia was just talking about a survey on the american association of individual investors - saying march had one of the biggest sentiments for a bear market in 18 years - but in the past when all these AAII people were so bearish - soon after there were huge rally's.

I see Secretary Snow on CNBC slamming China. I am so warm and fuzzy inside knowing he is looking out for me and not his HAVE MORE base friends - hehe.
