The evangelical rightwing are the militant minority who have gone against the clear words of the founding fathers and also true honest conservatives like Barry Goldwater and have polluted the GOP and are trying to dictate their insane, irrational, divisive, intolerant, unscientific and just plain dishonest morality on the rest of us.

All the top founding fathers spoke out against this from the beginning. It's un-American. It's also un-Christian. christ would definitely not have approved.
