After he said higher rates are the "caveat" to a bubble. He said, "it is artificially done..it's one of those problems". Not sure what he meant. I think he was trying to say raising rates is artificial. Is that how you all understood it ? I would argue the opposite, that low rates and excessively liberal financing are artificial.
