Not surprisingly, the Bush administration took a look at the study, blanched, and declined to publish it.

I guess you don't understand.......there is a law in science which says that when you decline to publish a report, the information in that report no longer exists, and therefore, the predictions that have been made can no longer come true. Its an unusual law.........I think its where you find creationism.
