This seems to be the meat of the issue: MERGER AGREEMENT This MERGER AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") dated as of April 11th, 2005 is by and among the shareholders of Mobili Group A/S, (as presented in schedule 1.1 – “The Shareholders”), a corporation organized under the laws of Denmark (the "Company”), and Mobile Group Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Acquisition Company").
