North Korea had no nukes in 2000. In fact we had video camera surveillance on every room in their nuclear plant. It was taken out after Bush issued his "axis of evil" speech, which was designed to appear to superstitious rightwing religious nuts who believe in Armageddon. Terms like "evil-doers" come right out of those paranoid schitophrenic fantasies which the Bible does not predict whatsoever.
