to say the least.. Do they take into account the provincial debt ? I'm trying to see that because as you know Ontario is in a jackpot right now and apparently Quebec's budget was mostly smoke and mirrors.. soooooo if that report is based on Federal numbers only... you know what it is worse right ?

Maybe I'm just too cynical.. My provincial taxes should be going down soon maybe :o) They'll cancel the new health tax ooops sorry levy that is ... and roll back my property tax hike ?
