The plan itself hasn't even come together yet. It's just a vague Bush plan to kill SS. The idea that Americans are so idiotic that they would put borrowed, private money that they have to annutize and pay commissions and fees for in the same pot as SS money already resides is so ridiculous many would go for it. Americans = at times unbelievably stupid
