Spherecal sounds like a dietary supplement to boost sphericity. Nice name!! You could start a product range with it.

As you correctly point out, my spheretical tendencies are greater than times gone by, but I am happy to report that with great devotion to physical activity and food quality and quantity management, I remain much the same as in the good old days.

75 kg and can run 10 km albeit 15 minutes slower than my peak fitness quarter of a century ago.
