Is it 'confidence' you need to have, or just less niggling little worries about what one or the other will do .... it's a matter of picking the lesser evil for most of us, i think, that's just a fact of life in a group of millions, you need the party politics to refine the choices down to where you can fit them on a ballot paper, then everybody's got to pick one of those two or three ... i've never voted without some kind of reservations in re the party i voted for, there was always something, and often fairly serious ... would Harper just kneel to Washington on softwood lumber like the rest have been doing, is a big question, if he can answer it well maybe he'll make a leader we can be proud of, for a change Excellent gold-in-loonies chart i got from Claude's post on another thread just now, i was trying to figure out stockcharts' system for this the other night, and couldn't - stockcharts.com
