Can you prove that he hasn't signed it? How else could his biographer get access to all his military records? I think you're making a mountain out of a mole hill. When he said he'd sign it...maybe he meant he already did? We know far more about Kerry's war record than any other president that I can think of save for Eisenhower. We certainly don't know diddly about Bush's "military career" and you voted for him. Orca
