My third cousins just came back from a 2-week tour of northern China. They came back with coughs from inhaling pollution there. They also came back with great impression of China, and have much greater positive impression than they had imagined prior to the trip. I did not expect such glowing report from them because they are wealthy caucasian american fatcats. Nevertheless they would consider buying a second home there only if there is signs of improvement in polution. I told them to visit southern China, which some people say is a tropical paradise.
