One of these days SPRL might have assets as well. The current problem is two fold. One, SPRL is still a reporting company that has not reported in a long time. - sec.gov - sec.gov - sec.gov Two, rumors have it that they did a 504 to issue 45,000,000 more free trading shares. - sec.gov That is bad news. Management needs to clarify who got the shares at what price for what asset and how they were issued. It could have been debt conversion as well. Then how much more debt is there to be converted.
