The only credible source is from the Company in public disclosure. Certified! Back in late August my broker was in contact with Stock Signature. The shareholders of record was 1200+. SPRL is still a reporting company, today. Prove me wrong on this point. Why don't they bring things up to date? Tell us about the 45,000,000 shares. What do you know about the issuance?
