Iraq had almost ZERO terrorists before Bush invaded. Mass graves were from the Iran-Iraq war when Reagan used Rumsfield as his attache to help arm Saddam. Hundreds of thousands were killed so they used mass graves. Also, up north, the Kurds to supressed. Reagan knew about the gassing of the Kurds but didn't say anything. The rightwing was on Saddam's side then during his genocide and war. care to explain that?
