TexasDude, An analyst will probably ask them that tomorrow, so we'll see. One possibility is that Kraft and Senomyx might be wrangling over the terms of the new updated collaboration, and need a few more months to negotiate. Perhaps with the 4 savory/Kraft compounds quickly getting GRAS, and Kraft apparently keen on the technology, SNMX may see an opening to negotiate better terms/royalty rates with them for future compounds (?) Of course on the other hand, Kraft might be trying to reduce the terms to Senomyx. I still don't have a position, but the stock looks very interesting. $3 mil in savory royalties in 2006 isn't very much, but royalties could really start ramping up dramatically in 2007 (savory related royalties estimated at $26 mil in 2007 and $49 mil in 2008), plus the "biggies" - sweet and salty, could start producing sizeable royalties in the 2007/08 time frame as well.
