They sold them to Hughes and they are doing business as Hughes-Danbury. Do these guys make stepper stuff?

As long as we are talking about bottlenecks to stepper manufacture, what if any bottleneck will Cymer suffer if they start ramping up to flat out maximum production?

Also, since Sam will see this, does the ultra-pure silica plant that Corning is making have any impact on their ability to make yet more fiber? I have no idea if this high purity is required for fiber applications, and the GLW announcement did not mention it.
