GNBT ... ruff, difficult to say. I read a lot about the naked shorting activities in the last weeks and I am desperate to see these criminals in the mother of all short squeezes. But probably wont see it because IF the government forces the SEC to give the SHO rule some teeth this would have a dramatical negative input on economics. Several thousand hedges, MM and brokerhouses could go bankrupt within days. Because of this fact all naked short selling crimes prior
to January, 2005, have been excused by the SEC.

So it´s easier for them to let the things happen and let these criminals rob the average investor. To mention here: It seems to me that the best and lucrative crime is to manipulate and steal money that BIG (i.e. trillions of dollar)that you have a 99% chance to get away without a penalty and/or that the block of these activities would harm the US economic seriously.

But to come back to GNBT...I saw several times our good old friend etrade at the ask. Whenever the buying pressure was forcing the stock to move upwards, etrade came in with sizes up to 250 serving the buyers ´till this pressure dried up. Maybe you read about etrade going short some 5 million shares and is obviously NOT in trouble? This is the link to that unbelievable story:
ragingbull.lycos.com

So I do not have a clue hoe things will perform with GNBT. maybe they have good news and good prospect. But if etrade and others are short on this company they will stop out every run and ever short harder after a 10% SP increase. And that is what is unacceptable for me as a German...that the US government stands still while offshore companys and brokerhouses rip the fundament of all economics: The average investor who earned his money working hard just to see it melting away on these illiegal activities.

Yes...and GNBT trading at 10x average volume today and the alliance of evil will do the best to keep them under the dollar and short the heck out of them the investors pocket. Worst of all: Their force is too big so that we even can not help them buying the stock because the risc to loose money is too big at this time. How can companys that are victims of illegal naked shorting break out of that loop? I have no clue.

Excuse my basic english...could explain better in my native language but I am quite sure that you now know my opinion.
