Nice to see you posting here, Alex. A couple of months ago the IPC thread was half dead, but you took the initiative to bring it back to life, and today it's doing well. Hope to see the same development here.

A comment on wild cats: The RSO drillings are almost the opposite to wild cats, next month they will be drilling very close to an existing oil field, in close proximity to what is believed to be the centre of oil generation for Veba's En Naga oil field. The prospect is well defined thanks to Veba's seismic data. Sure we heard similar things when they drilled Farah East earlier this year, but this time the structural timing is right. The structure drilled last time developed too late in history.

The interpretation of the NC-178 seismics acquired earlier this year hasn't shown anything exciting so far, but the eastern extension of NC-177 looks promising. The geologists are still very enthusiastic about NC-177, "probably the best block of all in the huge Sirte Basin" (quote Ian Lundin).

RSO expects to obtain $8 million through warrants this autumn, according to Lundin.
