I did not state that people ordered certificates. You did. Why they were there in August, I don't know. You never think they were existing shareholders holding share certificates from the previous companies.

Submitting a few shares from a old certificate to a broker defies even a tiny speck of believability. People stuck with a certificate with no value is a lot more believable.

I looked at the F2 Broadcast/Strat Petroleum filings at www.sec.gov and they are still reporting.
