Power3 seems to be on the ropes as well. Possibly a sham company from beginning to end, not sure. But it will die sooner than CIPH. Has accounting problems causing an E to added to their symbol, and they were subject of a telephone securities scam last summer. Trading at all time low of 33 cents.
