Steve, I doubt very seriously that MRVC's secondary prices under 33. Have you been watching the networkeing group? With 10 cities left on the road show and about 50 institutions left to visit, 2,500,000 shares will not be sufficiant to satisfy institutional demand. Smart money will buy through the show. If I was a fund manager who owned a half million shares at 25 I would buy another 100,000 as high as they could price it just so management would have as much cash as possible to grow the company. Whoever told you 30.5 might not now what he/she is taking about. KOVICH
