first off: Keynes gets the blame? LOL! Aside from a few Austrian commentators, an assortment of academics and pundits and the likes of Heinz on these threads, who do you see blaming him? THe average citizen doesnt even know his name. when the economy crumbles, Keynes will not get the blame i am sure you will agree. AS to whether or not his policies are being misinterpreted, well clearly THAT is a topic which has academics all in knots...'The wild duck has dived down to the bottom—as deep as she can get—and bitten fast hold of the weed and tangle and all the rubbish that is down there, and it would need an extraordinarily clever dog to dive down and fish her up again'
