Nice move by SPRL today...another "oil company", prvb was up over 50% today.......Is it for real?????
As for SPRL, I still dont have answers as to why they are very late on many filings....but, pink sheets can fly and/or crumble for any reason.......so if this goes to $1 or .005, neither would surprise me one bit....
As far as your comments....I know it is just your opinion, but what exactly makes you feel that 'Russians enjoy and welcome our participation and experience'??
Granted, they have come a long way and granted the 'common folks' do indeed welcome us and are hopeful of a better way of life...but biz and gov't??? You really think they like and welcome americans coming in to their soil and making money??
Is anybody aware of the problems in Russia since they 'changed' govt's? Who rules over there? Does it start with an M and end with a B????

I think those that buy this, or ANY pink sheet stock, and take their profits when they are present is a great thing...those that dream that 'THIS PINK SHEET IS THE ONE TO MAKE ME RICH'....well, lets let the numbers do the talking...so how many pink sheets over the last 5 years made it to the big board??? How many are higher now, then 5 years ago, if they are still around??? If you answer these questions and look at the numbers/answers, it is clear...take your profits and run, if they are present at the blackjack table...those that start out winning and go for the gold, normally go home broke....the house wins far more often...no different in the pink sheet arena, imo.....and I give congrats to those that made out well in this stock...either by trading..buying, and selling higher and taking YOUR money off the table and leaving the casinos money to ride......Those that are holding and waiting for SPRL to do whatever....well....best of luck......$1 is certainly a possibility....look at HQNT...a company I made alot of money on, but eventually realized it was mostly a scam, imo.....How many times did I buy at .25 - .35 and sell at $1.25 - $3.50?? ALOT!! I made out great on that issue and again, IMO, it is a 100% scam....But, crap flies and crap gets flushed....HQNT flew and flew high...and crashed back down..as do 90% of pink sheets that make a huge run....
I find it interesting that folks on the other SPRL board are awfully quiet when sprl is tanking...but they get awfull cheerful and talkative when it has a nice move......Ironically, the people cheerleading today because sprl had a nice move.....were the very same people claiming sprl was shotting to the moon when it was last at .35+---and now? They are cheerleading because it closed below .20????
Issues to consider when looking at sprl.....what kind of company is this?? Yes, a Pink Sheet...but what kind?? Are they not 12g??? If so, where are the sec filings for....how long since we have seen one???
The Geological firm.....SPRL will only tell us they were "european".....Yea? and?? Well, who are they????? Why a big secret????? How did they come up with those numbers? and why wont they make public info, public??
Did SPRL issue 504 shares??? I dont know....rumors say they did....dont know if true...but if so....that will be very interesting going forward.....
Who is Malone and Associattes??? A quick look shows it to be a 'disolved' company...is this the same malone and asst. that sprl was supposedly involved with...listed on website and then removed??
Does anybody know the TRUE dilution this company has undergone????
Is The CEO of SPRL involved in any litigation or pending future litigation??
I dont know, but if I was long, I would want answers to the above and a whole lot more....
With that said....again, it would not surpsise me to see sprl shoot to $1 or even $3...I have seen more crap fly to the moon then the folks on Apollo 13...and sprl certainly can fly.....
Question: the whole basis for sprl is taking advantage of the russian, untapped oil industry. Correct??? And SPRL, a pink sheet, with a dubious history, missed filings(????...somebody please correct me if I am wrong...but are they not a 12g and required to file?? and have they???? I dont know!!!), no revenue, questionable financing and etc, etc, etc, etc....this is the company that is going to strike it rich in Russia??? They have some russion ties, and it looks great to have an actual russian as part of their team...but does anybody really think, IF Russia has PROFITABLE oil reserves that we can go in and get....sprl is over there and is going to be our savior?? No other american firm, especially well established and profitable companies.....are going to be a road block for sprl??? All that oil and SPRL is the only 'legit' company trying to tap those reserves????
Hey, I hope sprl goes to $1, and I hope the longs are smart enough to take profits if that occurs...best of luck to all....and yes, sorry, but ALOT of luck is needed when investing in pink sheet land...you folks can listen to the pumps, but you should be listening to true, hard data...and the data is too easy to see.....very, and I mean VERY FEW PINKIES make it bigtime.....Again, somebody please provide me with a list of pinkies that hit the big boards since 2000...and how many pink sheet companies are there?? SCARY NUMBERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
