Even if we assume 100% factual accuracy for $35,000 cost it wouldn't mean that things are as bad as many on the left argue. The type of statement you get is that Iraq is going to hell in a hand basket, that the situation is horrible, getting worse, and totally hopeless. Nothing in your post shows that idea to be true.
