<<SPRL is not current with their filings. They still have to report according the rules. The SEC could suspend trading as they did last week with some "high volume" companies that failed to keep their filings current. They maybe on the "Other OTC" once they resume trading. That sucks.>> OK, so we know they are 12g and required to file....yet they haven't??? So, it is possible that trading could be halted?? Would they not be notified prior to such actions?? I have been all over the SEC website and can not find current filings for SPRL, but also cant find and info that they are in violation.......
