The SEC could suspend trading as they did last week with some "high volume" companies that failed to keep their filings current. They maybe on the "Other OTC" once they resume trading. If so, please post it here....I have been all over the SEC site and can find nothing on them that is even halfway recent........I am sending an e-mail to an associate, whose firm works with the SEC and am asking him to look into whether SPRL is current as a 12g company, and if not, what is being done, if anything....I will report any findings...But Please.....all of you longs.....Certainly you guys must know if they are up to date??? If so, please post a link to latest filing...as a long, I would hope you guys would want to clarify this issue and post their latest filing??? No?? I for one would like to read latest filings if anybody can find them...............
