In reading opinions on the Internet, autism could be the result of Mercury poisoning due to a form of mercury that is used as a "preservative" in vaccines for infants... Of course when you combine advances in human genome research and our morality going to hell, it won't be long parents will be able to abort any child they deem "unfit" from a simple test in the doctors office.
