Pentacostals and Baptists and a few other evangelicals have come to ORDER their flocks to vote Republican and help carry out dirty campaigns. Ralph Reed is one of the ones in charge of that. He got 2 million from Delay just for casino deal and and hundreds of grand from Enron and the Bush campaign. Don't be fooled by his choir boy looks, he is a cut-throat political manipulator. These evangelicals swing the elections in key battleground states like Missouri, West Virginia and Ohio. They also can win primaries for GOP candidates in places like South Carolina, where Bush waged his ugliest smear campaign against John McCain with the help of the religious far right.
