Bob; Some of what he says is valid, some is self serving. But it is his first so how can it be repetitious? See how he goes. It was written as a sort of flow of consciousness, and if I was writing such a column I would rewrite it to condense it and remove any redundancies. It may be his first column, and he will get better as he goes.
Lots of good ideas, and some bad ones, some like mine, and some not, but he has a wider audience than you or I, and so might move words to actions better than you or I.
