I don't need to draw a line anywhere. There are good subpoenas and bad ones. The Court decides that. That's part of its function. See, there's this guy in a biiigggg black robe with a lil' wooden hammer. And he listens to these other doods yakking in front of him. Frequently, he'll agree with one side. Or sometimes the other. Then he bangs the little hammer thingie.

You should read one of those "Law for Absolute Complete Morons" guide books. It's a little more detailed than the above, but tutors are available.

"Where do you draw a line about quashing a subpoena in regards to alleged criminal activity? bla... bla... bla... first born and the first amendment ... bla ... bla ... bla... but have subpoenas they themselves have been served ... bla... bla... bla... "
